Express Appliance Parts has a No Hassle return policy! You may return, at your expense, any item except gas, electrical, or special order parts within 30 days of receiving your order.

All returns must be in original packaging with all pieces and instructions included. We suggest before opening or signing for receipt of any package that all customers thoroughly inspect the items for any damage due to shipping or manufacturer defects. Do not sign for receipt of any damaged goods.

Signing for receipt of any package is acknowledging that the product is received in good condition. (Please see further damage claim information below). The item being returned cannot be used, installed, or damaged in any way. Returnable items may be subject up to a 25% restocking fee. Special order items are non-returnable.

Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. All requests for returning an item must be emailed to sales@expressapplianceparts.com. Please include your name, invoice number, and the reason for your return request. We will then provide an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) that must appear on the outside of the returned package as well as any paperwork.

Returns with no RMA # will be refused. An RMA # will be provided within 24 business hours. We also recommend when shipping return items that a carrier with tracking capability is used for protection against loss or damage.

Please Note: FREIGHT DAMAGE MUST BE NOTED ON SHIPPING DOCUMENTS AT TIME OF RECEIPT, CONCEALED DAMAGE IS NOT COVERED UNLESS NOTED. PLEASE OPEN BOX TO INSPECT PRIOR TO SIGNING. We use a variety of shipping companies including USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and various freight forwarders. You will always be informed of the shipping status and be provided tracking numbers on your purchase.
